If you are of Italian birth or descent, or the spouse of someone who is of Italian birth or descent, you may join as a Regular Member. All others are welcome to join as Social Members.

Click on the link for a printable membership application, and bring it to the next meeting. For Regular Membership the application fee is $15 and dues are $44 per year. For Social Membership the application fee is $7.50 and dues are $20 per year. Checks should be made payable to Cape Cod Lodge #2404.
